Flex & Core is great for flyers working on maintaining and attaining aerial skills, and for any athletes wanting to increase their flexibility and core strength. Designed for all athletes - your abs will thank you! Increasing your strength and flexibility has many benefits, including reduced injuries, allowing your body to withstand more physical stress, and achieving a better overall feeling by lengthening and opening your muscles, feeling relaxed and clearing your mind. As you increase your flexibility, it is also important to increase your strength in order to ensure your muscles will have the right amount of tension so that they’re strong enough to support you and your movements, and allowing you to become more physically fit. Once you increase your flexibility to allow greater movement in your body you’ll be able to perform better physically. This is in part because your muscles are working more effectively.
To cancel or reschedule a private lesson / semi-private lesson, please contact us by email at least 24 hours before your lesson. Any private or semi-private lessons cancelled within 24 hours of lesson will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee. Four Week classes will be offered a pro-rated refund after the first class. After the second or third class, no refunds will be offered.
