A 45 Minute Fitness Class to keep you training and in shape! Working out alone is okay... but training with your friends is so much more fun! Get ready to sweat! High-intensity interval training is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods, until too exhausted to continue. Benefits include maximizing your explosive performance and speed, and contributing to weight loss (if that’s your goal) when combined with a healthy lifestyle. While HIIT workouts generally are characterized by short periods of intense activity (around 20 seconds), this class will include regular interval workouts which use longer periods of activity (usually at a lower exertion) and 8-count workouts.
To cancel or reschedule a private lesson / semi-private lesson, please contact us by email at least 24 hours before your lesson. Any private or semi-private lessons cancelled within 24 hours of lesson will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee. Four Week classes will be offered a pro-rated refund after the first class. After the second or third class, no refunds will be offered.
