A 45-minute Jump Class to keep you training and in shape for upcoming team placements! Work on skills and drills to make your jumps look beautiful on the competition mat! Athletes will focus on technique, active flexibility, and strength. This class will also work on connections to jumps including back walkovers and tumbling skills (eg: Toe Touch Set Back Walkover, Toe Touch Back Handspring, etc). Athletes will also have conditioning built into their programming to support the skills they are working on. Spots will be held in this class once deposit is paid.
To cancel or reschedule a private lesson / semi-private lesson, please contact us by email at least 24 hours before your lesson. Any private or semi-private lessons cancelled within 24 hours of lesson will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee. Four and Six Week classes will be offered a pro-rated refund after the first class. After the second or third class, no refunds will be offered.
