Gridders Cheerleading Summer Send Off

Hi everyone!

Please join us for our year end celebration - Summer Send Off!

At the event we have a meal together, acknowledge our teams and classes, hand out year end gifts and awards, and end the night with a big dance party!

Date:  Friday, May 23rd

We hope you can all join us!  All athletes and families - competitive and recreational - are invited to attend!

The event is located in the Industrial Building at the Gallagher Center.  The Industrial Building is located behind the Westland Arena on the Northernmost End of the Exhibition Grounds, across from the Grandstand.

Schedule of Events:
5:45 pm - Socializing & Cocktails
6:30 pm - Supper (Sausage , Perogies, Salad) Vegetarian Option Available
7:15 pm - Program (Awards, Year End Gifts, Year End Books, Year End Slide Show)
8:00 pm - Dance Party & Games

The program consists of introduction of teams and classes, awards, graduate presentations, and a year end slide show.

Note: Washrooms will be porta potties.

Ticket Information

All current athletes, regardless of age are considered "Youth".
Siblings under the age of 18 are considered "Youth".

There are two types of tickets:

Meal Ticket (Includes supper of sausage, perogies, & salad or vegetarian option) - admission begins at 5:45 pm.
($38 adults, $32 athletes & youth)
General Admission Ticket (Does not include supper) - admission begins at 7:00 pm.
($15 adults, $10 athletes & youth)
*Note you need a meal ticket OR an admission ticket, but not both.

Pop, Coffee and Water are included in the price of supper.  Alcoholic Beverages will be available for purchase for those over the age of 19.  All minors must be accompanied by their parent.

You can use the link below to purchase your tickets. If you think you may have a credit you’d like to use, please send an email to admin@griddercheer.com to inquire. If you do, we will manually purchase your ticket on our end and send you a remaining invoice if required.

 

Note: The "event" system of our website is now charging an administrative fee, so we have changed to a website "booking" instead to purchase tickets.  The booking form does not allow us to alter it from our regular bookings, so you will have to ignore the questions about SCA membership, etc. The booking can be found by going to the "Book Online" section of our website under the "Events" tab.  Alternatively, you can book using the direct link below.

If you have dietary restrictions, a separate google form will be emailed to you.  Please fill this out so that we can accommodate you!   Please use this to indicate any allergies as well.  You can fill out one form for your entire family. 

We must submit numbers to our caterer by Friday, May 16th. Please purchase your meal tickets by that date if you’d like to join for for supper. Refunds on meal tickets will not be available after May 16.
